What is the shelf life of your products? 12 months after opening.
I have sensitive skin, can I use your products? Yes, our products cater for sensitive skin conditions and even restore skin's natural protective barrier.
Can I use your products during pregnancy? Being an Emenagogue, it should not be used during pregnancy, since there is no definite evidence of whether the effects of rose essential oil can be transferred to the fetus. It is best to generally avoid it during pregnancy.
I have oily skin, will the oil make my skin more oily? No, the Be You Nourishing Treatment oil will balance the oil production of the skin's surface layer and over time you will notice a normalising of your skin's sebum production.
I have an open wound, can I apply the oil directly to the wound? Yes, the Be You Nourishing Treatment oil is a natural anti-septic and you can apply it directly onto wounds.

- You will then be directed to the payment section. Please provide us with your card details for the processing of your payment (which includes the cost of the product(s) and shipping fees)
5. Payment Confirmation
- We typically receive notification of your payment within 24 hours.
6. Timely Shipping
- Your carefully packed parcel will then begin its journey to you via DHL Express.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information.
- Delivery times vary depending on where you are residing.
